Can I return an item?
All items purchased in the U.S. are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of the postmarked delivery date.
Items must be unused, in original condition without damage, include all packaging and UNPROGRAMMED with prints or UNPAIRED with the SureTouch Reset Key.
Please note that we don’t accept international returns; however, for defective or damaged products, please contact us at Hello@soniarenee.com for possible accommodations
Is the SureTouch sensor travel compliant?
Yes! The SureTouch sensor is fully compliant with travel and security regulations and will not interfere with security checkpoints or device scans.
Similarly, security checkpoints and device scans will not remove stored prints, interfere, or damage the SureTouch sensor during transport.
Will I receive a SureTouch Programming Guide?
Yes! Each order will include a set of in-depth instructions to guide you through programming your fingerprint.
We also recommend storing your guide in your product dust bag for future referencing when needed.
